Porsche 964 Turbo Reincarnation

A good customer of ours originally asked us to "Tidy up" the paintwork on his Porsche 964 Turbo, after the initial consultation we agreed between us that there was only one way to do it... And that was properly! So a respray was in order and of course we obliged.

After we had worked our magic the car was whisked off to BS Motorsport in Westcott and left in the hands of Porsche guru Neil Bainbridge, under the careful direction of the owner the car was subject to a fire breathing 500 BHP engine conversion, the original antiquated mechanical engine management was ditched in favour of a state of the art set-up along with bespoke exhausts and wiring loom... It was a great project to be involved in as I have a bit of a soft spot for the Air Cooled 911, also the fact that it really does go as good as it looks now ( In a BIG way! )

Zetec 'S' Satin Black Wheels

Just another Wheel-Orientated update... We've just finished our Zetec 'S' Fiesta's Alloy Wheels in Satin-Black.

It's a service we've offered in the past to 'ST' customers as per the factory option, we've now thrown it open to our other hot hatch customers, in fact it doesn't even have to be a Ford!

Carbon Fibre And Kevlar Applications

Although not our biggest challenge to date I'm sure you'll agree that the results are quite stunning...

This Mitsubishi EVO was damaged due to the Bonnet flying up and destroying the Front of the car , Roof and Screen. This was a bit of an unusal EVO to beging with due to it's highly tuned engine and uprated running gear but it is now even more unusual that we have fitted a Carbon Fibre front end to it!!

The thinking behind this was weight saving and also the almost 'Art form' weave in the Carbon, which is also the reason we left it in it's original state and didn't paint it in the same colour as the car... It's a bit of an aquired taste and certainly not for the shy and retiring but............................... I kind of like it!!!

Shadowline Wheel Refirbishment

I just thought I'd let you know about our Shadow Line Alloy Wheel Refurbishment process that we've been perfecting in our Bodyshop.

Usually a refurb of a Silver alloy roadwheel would be exactly that... Silver! We've 'borrowed' the proccess from a certain German marque's 'M' division.

First process is to strip the original powder coat and corrosion from the wheels before a coat of etch primer is applied, the next step is to prime the wheels with a high build primer before sanding down to a flat surface ready to apply the base coat too.

After the Gloss Black is applied a silver wash will finish the look ready for the clear coat which will seal and protect the finish from corrosion.

A new centre cap will complete the look and enhance any customers vehicle.
